WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We are a small independent business, we greatly appreciate your understanding with our shipping times. Please know we are doing our best to get your lovely items out to their new home as soon as possible. Thank you so much.

Please allow (2-3 days) for your order to be processed, please allow another (2 days) before it is shipped. Total up to 4 days.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER (USA)

You will receive your order within 2-6 days from the day it was shipped depending on your postage selected. That means up to 4 days until it is shipped, plus the 2-6 days while en-route to it's new home = 6-10 days.

USA

Domestic USPS First Class Mail (5-6 day) is a flat fee of ($5.99) if you spend over $130 SHIPPING IS FREE. (USA) USPS Priority (2-3 day) shipping is available for a flat fee of $9.99 and USPS Express (1-2 days) is available for a flat fee of $19.99. All orders include free tracking & insurance. Once your order ships you will receive an confirmation email to the email address you submitted on your order. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

You can expect your items from anywhere between 2-5 weeks. This will vary depending on your custom policies for your country. Free shipping + discounts are not valid for international orders. All international sales are FINAL SALE.

PLEASE NOTE ALL CUSTOMER FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

International shipping options include First Class Mail (up to 21 days), Priority Mail (6-10 days), and Priority Mail Express (3-5 days). If you wish for your swim to arrive quicker you have the option to select (price varies).

SITE WIDE SALES

If it is a site wide sale, and a discount is offered, all discounts must be applied at check out and can not be applied after the customer has already checked out or on past and previous orders. Site wide sale shipping takes 1-2 weeks for all in stock items. All orders are final, non-refundable, non-returnable.

MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN

Perfect Peach is not responsible for any stolen or missing packages if the address provided matches the address we have shipped your items to. Lost or stolen items are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We ACCEPT EXCHANGES ONLY within 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. For sanitary reasons all pieces must have tags and sanitary stickers attached otherwise we can not accept and will return to you. Please shop carefully.

Any styles discounted, on sale, or pre-order are FINAL SALE.

We do not accept international returns or exchanges.

SIZING

Our swim is designed to be itzy bitzy on your figure due to its Brazilian design. Please size up if you are concerned about coverage. If you have any questions regarding fit please feel free to look at our Fit Guide or "Chat with a swimwear stylist" via our chat box at the bottom right of the screen. PRE-ORDER

Occasionally, we will offer “pre-orders”. These styles are offered before they have been officially added into our collection. In the event that the item(s) you purchased are pre-ordered, please allow up to the suggested delivery which can be found in the description of the swimsuit you have purchased. Please allow up to two (2) additional weeks for your pre-order to ship after this suggested date. Once you have place your order online, we are unable to cancel your order, even if it hasn't shipped yet. This is due to your style having already been sent to our manufacturer, and being personally hand crafted for you. In this case all pre-orders are FINAL SALE.
